I was super lazy on Sunday so I had a “do laundry, watch Gossip Girl, beautify” day. I re-colored my hair red to cover roots/greys. I painted my toenails metallic lime. And I did my nails (for the first time in months, I swear). This is the Sally Hanson nail polish that sticks on. I
There wasn’t a lot of skating in my week this time. It’s been a rough week. Sunday was the Pride Festival (see previous post). The coach gave me a workout last Sunday & my muscles only really recovered on Wednesday despite major stretching after & a 30 minutes Monday on the elliptical at lunch time. I have GOT to get better at recovery! The workout was: 200 step-ups onto a normal chair, 100 sit-ups, 50 push-ups & 5 minutes
