Husband cooked me dinner since I’m off my foot for a week.  It’s psuedo healthy.  The bacon takes away the health halo.

Scallops, spinach, white beans & bacon.  The scallops were done PERFECTLY.

Spinach, red onion, avocado, pomegranate anils & pistachios with a yogurt/lemon juice dressing.
