“I love to hit the men’s section when I am thrifting. I tend to repurpose items rather than just wearing as-is. This is not only fun, but practical, as I am a full figured gal, and apparently women did NOT have curves before 1990.
A heavy wool sweater can be quickly felted into a fabulous handbag, a button down shirt becomes a much SEXIER button down shirt, and the wool tweed blazers leave so many options!
A thrifty note: stuff in the men’s section also tends to cost less”
