I already used my ramekins for a Weight Watchers vanilla cheesecake with berry sauce recipe I’ve been wanting to do for a while. I will let the photos speak for themselves:

It was a pretty simplified recipe – vanilla wafer cookie + crystallized ginger in the bottom, then a mix of LF cream cheese, FF sour cream, vanilla, egg sub, etc… which you bake.
Then you add the sauce when ready to serve. I just mixed my thawed frozen strawberries (in light syrup) with vanilla & poured over. DEE-licious!
